Sudheer specialised in Interim Manager assignments and Fraud Investigations whilst at Price Waterhouse, servicing clients in the UK, Europe, USA and Canada.

Since 1991, Sudheer has acquired broad commercial experience and expertise in a range of Industries and has specialised in advising the Travel Industry. In that period Sudheer has owned and managed and consulted with Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Bed Banks and an Airline amongst other businesses.

Sudheer initially started his Trustee business activities specialising in the Travel Sector in 2001 in a Joint Venture where he set up a long-standing Travel Trustee business. He is an expert in the field of Trusts and Escrow arrangements involving the protection of Consumer and other funds and he has managed a large number of Trusts. In that period Sudheer has expanded the range of Trust and Escrow services provided by PT Trustees for business sectors encompassing Travel (Flight and Non-Flight), Gift Cards & Vouchers, Festivals, Airlines and Acquirer protection vehicles, amongst others. PTT commenced operations in Europe in 2023. This diversification and growth has been achieved as a result of working with an unrivalled Team that has been built up at PTT coupled with a bespoke AI enabled system.

When not at work, Sudheer enjoys running and loves travelling to different places. He is a keen Instrument rated pilot holding CAA and FAA licences and often spends his spare time flying in the UK and Europe.

Kessa’s significant contribution includes the development of a bespoke system-based tool called Imperium(L), designed for managing client data at a granular level, minimising client’s workload, whilst assessing and reporting risk to stakeholders.

Prior to her current role, Kessa spent six years in business consulting and Internal Audit as part of the Risk Advisory Services at PwC Mauritius. This role involved Internal Audit and Process Improvement assignments for multinational corporations across Mauritius and Africa providing her with exposure to a diverse array of sectors.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Kessa is invaluable in the areas of analytical thinking and problem-solving. Committed to continuous learning, she stays abreast of advancements in areas such as Trustee Services and Data Analytics. Beyond her academic and professional achievements, Kessa finds fulfilment in her passions for baking and drawing.

Yanli Zhang

Yanli possesses substantial knowledge of Trust/Escrow Accounts.  With her AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualifications near completion, Yanli is ideally suited for her current role at PTT, excelling in her responsibilities.

Yanli holds a degree in Accountancy from Xi’an University, China, and has accumulated 10 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting department of a large business group. Through this tenure, she has gained diverse experience across various accountancy fields, including preparation for annual audits.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds balance and inspiration through her passion for travel and yoga.

Swapna Vadlamani

Senior Manager, Trustee Operations

Swapna possesses over three years of accounting and operational experience and currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Trustee Operations at PTT. She is an enthusiastic and motivated member of the PTT team.

In addition to her role as Senior Manager, Swapna has taken initiative to contribute to the advancement of Artificial Intelligence Technology at PTT.

Before joining PTT, Swapna served as an Account Executive at one of the leading construction firms in the UK. In this role, she was responsible for maintaining supplier relationships, handling accounts reconciliations, and managing payments. Swapna is a graduate of JNTU University in India, holding a degree in B. Tech in the IT field.

In addition to her academic and professional accomplishments, Swapna derives fulfilment from her passions for cooking and sketching.

Prior to her current role, Celine worked for over two decades in the UK and European travel industry, delivering high-profile projects that gave her a valuable perspective on the complex needs of clients.

Celine has developed tremendous relations with the PTT team and has become their primary point of contact, always prepared to assist, support, and guide. Together with a small team of colleagues, Celine has established an Internal Audit function within PTT, further enhancing the strength and effectiveness of internal processes and controls.

Celine’s academic background in international trade and tourism, combined with her attainment of the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Advanced qualification and travel industry experience lend themselves ideally to the Trust business.

During her leisure time, Celine is passionate about photography and enjoys outdoor family walks, swimming, and kayaking.

James Turnbull

He is the co-author of the respected textbook “Trust funds – step by step”. He holds the prestigious international TEP qualification issued by The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is also a member of the committee of the Czech Association for the Development of Trust Funds – APRSF.

Before joining PTT, Suba’s 22-year experience in the world of travel expands across the United Kingdom, Mauritius, Madagascar, and Australia. Spanning from the airline industry to managing Tour Operators and Travel Agencies, she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in various aspects of the industry.  Negotiating with suppliers across the world, organising Tours and dealing with client groups to managing Tour Operators’ Account Departments, she brings a pool of knowledge and expertise to the table making her well suited for her role at PTT.

Imdad boasts over 15 years’ experience in the banking and finance sector, spanning both in Mauritius and in Canada. His professional journey includes notable stints at Accenture Mauritius Ltd, Grant Thornton (France) Ltd, and Outremer Telecom, where he held various roles. Throughout his tenure at these esteemed firms, Imdad garnered invaluable experience collaborating with diverse industries.

Prior to joining PT Trustees, Imdad served as a senior loan underwriter at Goeasy Ltd, a prominent lender in Canada.

Imdad’s educational background includes a diploma in Accounting and Business, with ongoing studies towards a BSc in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. This expertise in data analysis brings significant value to PTT and its clientele, particularly in managing trusts effectively.

Jennie Norris

Prior to PTT Jennie worked in a range of business sectors with companies of varying size, including large corporates such as Cadbury and Ernst & Young working at Partner and CEC level, and more recently running a company supporting smaller companies with all their administration needs.

Jennie works on a part-time basis and her skill set and experience are a great addition to the team.

When not working Jennie spends time with her family, walking and practicing Pilates.

Prior to joining PTT, Srivalli worked as a software developer with Moody’s RMS (Risk Management Solutions), a business with its headquarters in California. She is a graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India with a degree in Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science). She is skilled in various programming languages.

Her unwavering commitment to excellence and passion for technological advancements will undoubtedly continue to drive success for PTT in the years to come.

Iva Marcantonio


Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Trustee

Iva has joined the PTT team as a Central and Eastern European (CEE) trustee. She is utilising her wealth of operational and administrative experience and expertise to manage, develop, and maintain the growth of PTT’s business in the Czech Republic and surrounding countries, as well as establishing new business relationships with Eastern European stakeholders.  Iva also works actively with the UK team.

Originally from the Czech Republic, Iva lived in South Moravia, and studied to become a Clinical Dietician in Brno working in SZU (National Institute of Public Health) for 5 years. Iva moved to London in 1999 to study English to further her studies and build her career in different fields. Since moving to London Iva has gained over 20 years of operations experience spanning various industries such as healthcare, logistics, and fashion. 

She has held senior roles while working for well-established brands such as Jon Adam, Andromeda Logistics, and Cardiologist UK.

Before joining PT Trustees, Iva was a Private Practice Manager in the cardiology field covering highly regarded clinics across London such as The Harley Street Clinic and The Wellington Clinic.

In her spare time, Iva enjoys going on nature walks, weight training, and practicing yoga.

Prior working for PTT, Linda worked at operational management level, gaining experience in the travel, hospitality and music venue industries. She has worked at a large global company working with the sales team in Germany, as well as holding management roles in other sectors. Her previous work experience allows her to understand the needs of clients and to be able to approach and solve challenges from different perspectives.

Linda graduated from Business and Economics at the CULS university in Prague and also successfully studied business in Sydney college, which equips her with the skills and knowledge to understand and streamline processes and face challenges at minimum risk level.

Outside of her professional field, Linda organises educational and fun events for the little ones and is a passionate cook.
